Douglas is an experienced management consultant and product marketer who has lived and worked around the world. Hailing from a family of military peacekeepers, he felt compelled to assist with the effort of helping Ukrainians find meaningful employment in Canada after hearing the stories of several close friends forced to flee their homes during the early days of the war.
